Our standard delivery charge is only £6.95 per item, we may be able to offer a discount on multiple items, please contact us for more information.
We aim to dispatch items within 3-7 working days, in some cases particular items may be awaiting stock or at the manufacturer's, if your wait is likely to be longer than 7 days we will contact you by phone or email.
Normal delivery times are carried out Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm excluding public holidays. Deliveries at other times are possible by prior arrangement but may incur a surcharge.
The Seller shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery.The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
Deliveries to the following postcodes: PA21, PA22, PA23, PA27, AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TD, TR, ZE. These postcodes will incur an additional charge which will be advised prior to you order being shipped. There may be other remote post codes which fall into this category. If this applies to your postcode, we will contact you to confirm your order.
For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will deliver to a nominated address if the order value exceeds £100. There will also be a small additional charge, which will be advised at time of purchase. The seller shall deliver the goods suitably packaged and in good condition to the forwarding carriers. The seller can not be held responsible for damage that occurs thereafter. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer unless prior arrangement is made and confirmed in writing by the Seller with such confirmation outlining any additional costs that this service may incur that will be met by the Buyer. Orders placed from and delivered to the Channel Islands will not be subject to VAT.
Unless agreed by the Seller, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the Buyer isn’t present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £15 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
You can cancel an order at any time prior to it being dispatched for a full refund. Once the goods have been dispatched you can still cancel the order but will be responsible for all carriage costs incurred by Icon Rugs.
For delivery internationally, deliveries can be done to any worldwide location with the cost being agreed at time of purchase. Any cost will be extremely competitively priced and we shall also deal with any paperwork relating to the particular country (if applicable)
Upon delivery, an adult must be available at the address to check and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition.
Our couriers deliver to your front door, they may however take your item(s) inside at their own discretion.
You have 48 hours from delivery of purchase to inform us of any damages, faults and/or discrepancies. This must be done in writing, email or by fax (see contact us).
